Are you done learning at Oracle? So much to learn at Oracle since its in survival mode. Evaluate that. Not everyday you get to be in a sinking ship. Just like not everyday you get to be in a rising rocket. Every place offers stuff. What are you after right now? Money, prestige, learning, growing on a personal level? Wherever you go, there you are. You are the only constant in the equation.
I think the case should be closed as soon as you said âsinking shipâ
Not really. Thatâs reacting and not being present. One can always learn from every situation. No matter where you go, there you are. Face your demons. How would you react in a sinking ship? If you havenât experienced that, and itâs time, stay. Sink. Then resurface. Rarely will you get to experience that and the only way out is through.
If you donât appreciate that, in other words, if you donât have that level of awareness then leave. Keep running away from your hard lessons but they will catch up to you. If it feels right to stay, then stay. If it feels right to go, then go. But listen to the higher intelligence and not your mind. Our minds are dangerous and stupid.
Seems amazon is lowballing you. Not sure of your title, but it to reduce your compensation seems like the market has determined that your market rate is low. I would get a couple more offers first. But my life philosophy is never to accept less.
Clearance bonus? You get extra bonus if you are a citizen?
