Currently at Snap. Not enough opportunities to get to next level. Considering an offer from Lyft.
I think you answered your own question. If you don’t see any opportunity for growth it’s time to move on.
What level in snap? If it is >= L5, good idea to get multiple offers outside and switch. Otherwise, switching teams itself is likely to fix your problem
Not >=L5
OK I have to ask. Why lyft and not Uber? Do they have an LA engineering office?
Snap out of it and Lyft yourself.
That was stupid af, you twit.
Yeah that was uber stupid
If you aren't L5 yet, the problem is much more likely you than your team. You might get just as stuck anywhere. Figure out what's missing (what kind of work, what kind of manager, ...)
Is snap L5 equivalent to f/g staff?
TC at Snap?

Avoid teams with only Chinese or Indians especially with a Chinese/Indian manager
I'd go with Lyft.
