Standard benefits include a 6% matching to 401(k). Typically you see a 1% profit sharing βbonusβ as well. Company also gave employees 50 shares of restricted stock when all the other companies were giving out bonuses after Donald Trump was elected that vests in May - but thatβs a one time thing.
In my department, depends on how much the executive believes you will leave & ypur perceived value. RSU with 3 year vest.
