Stress

I have a lot of it. How do you deal with it? Any good app that calms you down?

What’s causing your stress? It’s worth taking a step back and determining if it’s worth stressing out about.

Try meditation or reading a book instead. And don't knock it before you try it PLEASE! Mental well being is as important as physical well being. So do both!

Will try. Thank you

Reading Blind, seeing all the high TCs and making me endlessly prep and take interviews gives me stress. But not doing it would give me even more stress.

I would recommend to exercise more, go on hikes, mingle with friends and yoga everyday. Try Isha engineering

have you tried isha engineering personally. if yes, did you notice any changes ... just curious and asking a question

if you have the self discipline to do it twice a day for 20-30 days, then it’s helpful. Or else go all in into 10 day Vipassana( best time investment of your life)

Do daily walking, read books, excercise, learn something new.
