Stripe new grad offer. Vs Rubrik
I got a Rubrik offer 135k and a 50k sign on with 3500 rsus. I recently interviewd with Stripe and am expecting an offer. 1. What would their compensation look like? 2. Which one is preferred? 3. Since Rubrik is probably going ipo in <1y, is it the right time to join(next month) or am I a lil late?

Stripe still has a ton of growth left. I would join them especially as a new graduate!
What’s the value of the rubrik stock? Last I heard on here it was $11.5. Going off that, you can expect slightly lower base at Stripe, but far higher stock. TC at Stripe will probably be a lot higher.
Stripe equity should be way higher than that.
I think Rubrik has way more space to grow than Stripe just because Stripe is a way more mature company. They’re both great companies though.
