Say you're a sw engineer/recruiter in Facebook/Google.

Assuming work profile remains the same, which amongst Uber, Apple and LinkedIn would you prefer to hire an engineer from?

Which of these companies has stronger engineers to learn from?

Uber definitely has the stronger engineers because they have harder technical problems than the other two.

Oh sure - the problems “look” hard - so you drank the kool aid - well done . Lyft also has same problems by the way , so does door dash or any other logistics company

Huh? I don't work at Uber. You're just being silly now.

Real time systems are hard man. Very hard. And so are geospatial ones.

Lyft has same problems too, just at a smaller scale.

Doordash isn't really that hard. The scale is too small and SLA is more relaxed
