Some how this moron has managed to pit NOAA against NWS. Two respected organizations.

They should be working together not get sucked into stupid Twitter wars.

I think it was the multiple days of the NYT and CNN running front page stories over Trump using a sharpie which may have caused the division

I don't exactly care for this drama, because it is inconsequential. When Obama said he visited "57 states" people had a chuckle for a week and moved on.
Trump is doing a lot, good and bad that I pay attention to. Overall he is on positive side of achievements (some are still ongoing though).

      There's no reasoning with trumpets.

There's a difference between a gaffe and immediately admitting it. Vs making a gaffe and taking a sharpie to defend it.
But u won't admit Trump's crude idocy if he smacked u on your head with it.

No one here was arguing about his policy (good or bad). Thats a different point of argument. Bringing that up is just u trying to deflect from his totally bold faces dishonest narcissistic stupidity.

Whoa, go drink camomile tea or something. I did not insult you. You have confirmation bias that everything Trump does is stupid.
I said that this sharpie thing is inconsequential. Moreover, his theatrics usually hide actions that are more impactful.

I never said u insulted me. Nor did I insult u.

I don't have confirmation BIAS when I get confirmation on a daily basis.

An argument can certainly be made for his policies (I won't agree with most of them), but no one in good faith can argue against him being called stupid.

I guarantee that he's not stupid and he knows what he is doing. On too many occasions he diverted attention to where he needed it or away from what mattered. If you are willing to listen I can provide some examples (but not today, gotta sleep, tomorrow).

Edit: sent it to main thread at first...

Orangetard getting NOAA to say NWS was wrong is not inconsequential.

Trump constantly dividing people is not inconsequential.

He's not dividing people, his support is slowly growing despite 90% negative coverage. The Republican party is over 90% with him. It's the Democrats that are in disarray.

Does that make this situation better? It’s OK because he managed to divide NOAA against itself then?

Marines are part of Navy, so we should treat them the same?

    • intra-agency politics and this sort of bullshit is not an even remotely new invention.
