Suggestions/Referrals

Hi all. I’m a young radiologist who is fed up with the little game we call medicine. I’m looking to branch into health tech, Pharma, biotech venture-capital and private equity. Does anyone have an idea as to what position may be suitable to aim for and where? Or in general how to accomplish this? I’ve founded two so far successful businesses, one with venture capital funding and married into a very wealthy family. I have one offer from a PE group in South if San Fran. How much of a pay hit will I take? Currently making $525k+ bonuses and incentives. Thank you!!!
