Supply Chain case practice questions
I am going to interview with Wayfair for a PM role. Have an upcoming case interview round. Any suggestions on how to prepare and resources that I could use to practice? I am not from e-commerce industry so little stumped. Thanks!! YoE - 4 yrs CTC - 120k

Be prepared to analyze numbers in excel sheets and write sql queries. Look at things from operations and customer perspective..

It’s a piece of cake. I was a PM on supply chain. Beware. It was awful. You think you’re interviewing for product... but they pull the biggest bait and switch on you.
Look up workflow infographs on supply chain processes, and learn some terminology/buzzwords. There are numerous areas within a supply chain, so hopefully they don’t give something too niche that you wouldn’t be able to brainstorm on the spot.
