Tell the HR about it in Exit interview? If no, why not? What consequences you will face if you be honest and tell all?
This is very hard to answer. Ideally, I would say yes because that's what you felt. However that might impact you in the future if you request a recommendation letter from company or even in background check. Usually it's more strategic not to mention people by name but I think it's okay to express your frustration in general so they can work on improving. Hope this helps!
Been there done that. Nothing happened whatsoever. They don't care about ics.
No, HR is not here to protect you. They are here to protect the company. They won't care about what you have to say. Don't burn bridges. Good luck with your next move!
You can, but they most likely already know and won’t change anything. But if it feels cathartic, do it to get it off your chest.
This seems like a cathartic opportunity that benefits both parties, but won’t make a difference in their strategy.
I've seen an entire team quit, all single of them reported to HR i their exit interview. Nothing happened.
I don’t see any upside for you. What happens if they give you bad recommendation. You can write a Glassdoor review about your experiences, I am sure HR have people monitoring these sites
Nope. Smile and say everything’s great. If you have notes on your tools or software, mention those things because that Can be fixed. Once Culture is broken, there’s no fixing it unless it’s a PR nightmare/outbreak scandal.
No, nothing good will come out from it
