Switching between MBB
Anyone switched (or thought about switching) between the MBB firms. I work at Bain now, but I am not sure if it's the right spot. Maybe McK or BCG would be a better fit
No I'm being reviewed very well, but I am still not very happy. There are some core principles at bain I disagree with any further thoughts?
What are the core principles you disagree with?

I assumed the MBB firms were as homogeneous culturally as the big 4 are

Bain is supposed to have the best culture though... i work with BCG and i can say that the culture wrt people is pretty nice out here... The question is, why is it that you seek change? Most of Big 3 have similar work and people culture with a small alteration here and there. If you know what is it that you must have and must not have, then pointing at any one of the firms will be easier
You will loose at least a year doing so. Was your last rating bad?
