I’ve been in QA Mgmt for too long and want to be more marketable to a wider range of companies, so I am attempting to switch to TPM/PM-T. While I don’t have the “formal” experience by title, many responsibilities of a QA Manager encompass the TPM role. Since applying via resume and the random LinkedIn inMail as a TPM, I am not getting a single response. Those of you who have made the switch from QA management to TPM/PM (in a new company), any tips? Also, anyone besides Amazon looking for a kickass technical manager? DM me!
