Constant aqusitions and buyouts, so common for Symc. BTW it is now pretty much BlieCoat after recent mega-acqusition and divesture of Veritas and Verisign. It will be tough on employees as they will be managed for profit v.s. cost...
We know as much as everyone else right now. The higher ups are not commenting on it at all.
And with deals like Blackberry buying Cylance.... It is too crazy to predict.

We don’t know anything more than anyone else. But my personal gut feeling says company is on the block and is likely being marketed to more than one party. Whether a deal is imminent is anyone’s guess though.
I think that it's happening as well, just have to wait and see at this point.
