What horrible pieces of shit these are! My God. I recently moved to T-Mobile and the app never worked, it does nothing on logging in, just says "sorry we're working on this". The website is a nightmare. Been trying to add a card and the "make payment" button still stays disabled. Happens to every card I have. I manually enabled the button thru inspector and a new error shows up "please contact administrator". I made the payment on phone finally. What a fucking joke for a national carrier. Any plans to improve this crap?
When I left T-Mobile, as soon as I ported my number to Verizon my T-Mobile online account disappeared entirely. Couldn’t log in, there was basically no history of me ever being a T-Mobile customer. I had auto-pay set up while I was a customer, but my final bill did not get auto-paid, as a matter of fact I never even received a final bill in my email or in the mail. A few months later I got the bill from a collections company. Fuck T-Mobile.
