T4 SWE at Google max total comp

What would be reasonable to ask for now that I got an offer? Recruiter said I am joining as top of T4 SWEs, almost T5. 7 yoe.

Excluding signon, T4 TC can go 340-350k and sign-on up to 100k. Talking from personal data points, which are consistent with comp FYI data.

Max T4 data, as per comp FYI (without sign-on) 170/720 = TC 375k 164/640 = TC 348k 150/700 = TC 347k 170/600 = TC 345k 155/600 = TC 327k 144/635 = TC 325k 170/520 = TC 325k Personal top T4 data (including sign-on): 170/600/100 = TC 370k 155/700/50 = TC 360k
