TC: 110 YoE: 7 Indianapolis Interviewing for solutions lead, BI role with the Google HW team in the Bay area. Tried finding comps online but didn't see anything. I know Google comps are structured as Base, Bonus, Stock. Can anyone help me figure out what should I expect? I keep seeing levels (l4, l6, etc) mentioned in other SW Engg. threads. Are those applicable across the board at google? Should I ask what level range is applicable to this role? I know I"ll be asked my target comp soon and I don't want to shoot myself in the foot with a low number. I am already puzzled how to factor in the outrageous cost of living. Thanks

As an Indian what would you choose as a career ?
If it’s in California, you can ask them what the salary range is. They have to tell you.
