Should be making 250k+ with 6 YOE in the Bay Area. Check levels.fyi as well — just note, at FAANG people with 1-2 YOE are making around 250k, so if TC is your goal this is something to keep in mind. You may hit like 300 or 350 with 6 YOE with FAANG. (Considering you didn’t have prior FAANG experience.)
