TC for Data Engineering Manager at Microsoft, Amazon or Facebook India (moving from Google US)
I am currently a data engineering manager (Data warehousing space) at Google Bay Area, planning to move back to Hyderabad for personal reasons. But no relevant roles available in Google Hyderabad for my profile, so exploring openings at Microsoft, Amazon, Facebook or any other companies. YOE: Total 15 yrs, last 4 yrs at Google 1. What does a good TC look like for Data Engineering Manager roles in Hyderabad? And what does the split look like for base, stock and bonus? 2. Any suggestions for companies other than Microsoft or Amazon?

Level 5 Current TC: 275k 170k base, 35k bonus, 70k stock Any idea what would be the pay for similar roles in Microsoft, Amazon or Facebook?
If you have flexibility with time, I suggest interviewing for US position first at Amazon/Msft. After an year, you can work out a transition plan to another team in India. Most RSU stay with you. So that would be best economically.

No idea about the first question, but you could try Uber, Salesforce, Apple, Servicenow, OYO etc.
Do all these companies you mentioned have presence in Hyderabad? Or in Bangalore?
Hyderabad. Uber, Apple & OYO also have a presence in Bangalore.
