TC for operations manager at Uber?
Can anyone give me a ballpark for what a operations manager TC should look like? Position is in SF. Thank!

+1 on shitty comp. They didn’t want to cross $400K equity for a Director role. Astounding.
I interviewed for a senior ops manager role in their Jump division and here are my notes: “Equal pay initiative” (conservative on cash) Baseline salary : $115k Equity grant (RSUs : $85k Cash bonus / equity refresh : $12.5k Up to 2x multiplier
Is the $85k equity on annual basis or is it vested over 4 years?
