TC for principal software engineer at Splunk
I am posting this for a girl friend of mine who doesn't know what Blind is. She is interviewing for a principal software engineer at Splunk and would like to know the expected TC. Any principal software engineers at Splunk here? I heard the company is doing good. Her current tc: 160k

You can shoot for 400k for principal roles. But mostly you will be downleveled to senior with a TC of 250k

What do you mean? I see principal swe listed on the link you sent, but there is no salary info.
