Never. Prime earning years are 50-60 years old. Ok so 60+
I believe the peak is early to mid forties on average
If you include everything like real estate and investments then 50-60 is when you’ll generate the most wealth
I'm referring to the standard definition of TC on blind
Dunno when it peaks but I’m still going strong at 10-15 YoE

It doesn’t because of inflation (if you don’t stay at the same company). Relative to housing costs mine stagnated 20 years ago (which is depressing as I had more “promotions” than I can remember)
