TC to be expected for Director role at Series D company
What would be a reasonable amount of equity to be expected from a Series D startup in the XR space for a Director level role? I’ve received a verbal offer with base and bonus that seem fair, but have no idea what type of stock seems reasonable to expect. All I’ve been told is that stock options will best 25% each year over 4 years. 12 YOE
