TC when factoring refreshers and raises at your company

I'm curious how TC looks when factoring growth related to annual raises, bonuses, and refreshers over time.
Year 1: 250k
Year 2: 280k ( $__ raise, $__ refresher, $__ bonus)
Year 3: 350k ( $__ raise, $__ refresher, $__ bonus)
