How’s TCS as a company in comparison with Cognizant and Capgemini ? In terms of Pay, career growth etc.
All really bad. Only difference is some might have more positions at your location than others, cutting down on travel
Wow , how did you manage to get into all three bad companies😂😂
I personally prefer Tcs... it all depends on your manager...
Wtf is TCS even on blind for?
If Cognizant is allowed TCS should be too
How is Cognizant’s pay for Sr. Consultants ?
You’re disposable, slave labor at all of them.
I agree. Worked my ass off at capgemini. Delivered an impossible project as tech lead (worked lots of weekends and overnight) just to get laid off when the project was over because I was on the bench for a couple weeks. You are disposable and will work like a slave. I was making 80k. - software engineer
Completely agree. I worked for Capgemini in North America. They treat their "talent" as slaves. They are even offering conditional pay increases to keep people, but if they leave, they have to pay it all back. Find a product company to work with. Consulting is an evil machine.
No no , they are not even recognized as companies. Treat yourself as if you are still unemployed, and keep searching.
Holy shit - you have return interns at fb making 100k signing bonus and TCS with <100k tc on the same forum 😢
Good only for immigration and GC. Otherwise dirtiest shit holes in the entire world.
In that sense, all the consulting companies are I guess no ?🤔
