So many doctors are still not in favor of it’s medicinal uses at all
What are the reasons for that negative attitude? Reg THC for sleep, a friend of mine uses THC/CBD in I think a 1:1 ratio for six nights and then skips it one night for REM sleep. She mentioned she’s not dreaming with this stuff?
100% CBD -no THC works for me. Take 2 and hour before sleep time. 💤
It's time to let go of the drugs and sleep when you're tired. Turn off your TV, phone and computer 30m to an hour before going to bed. Spend some time mediating on how your day went, what you will start doing, what you'll stop doing, and what you'll continue doing. Climb into bed and practice deep breathing until you've fallen asleep. Repeat every night.

18:1 CBD:THC on weeknights. Sometimes add half a unisom. Sleep great, no hangover! On weekends I sometimes add a THC edible to go to 3:1 ratio, which knocks me out cold and can leave me groggy next morning.
You build up dependency fast and overall it's bad for you. Side effects can be night sweat and fatigue during the day.
What exactly do you mean by it’s overall bad for you?
The withdrawal effects of trying to quit THC before bed are well documented. The craziest symptom I experienced was ultra vivid weird dreams. I’m sure a quick google search will tell you much more than you’ll find here
If you want to live the rest of your life paying for your THC addiction, by all means line the pocket of your dealer. However I would love to see you save money and learn how to sleep drug free. Believe it or not, you use to be able to sleep without drugs
No I really haven’t been able to get good quality sleep in my entire life. Believe it or not. And you all talk about addiction here. Please. I travel internationally a lot so I can’t take THC with me and there is no sign of “addiction” my quality of sleep goes to shit just like before I would take THC but other than that there is no withdrawals or other side effects.
I’m totally with @FucKnuckle here. I’ve been sleeping badly my entire life. No matter if it is pitch black and super quiet or not. Meditation has not done anything, neither spirts. No screens at least 120 min before sleeping, nope. Melatonin is making me have super weird dreams and I start to shout in my dreams which my partner does not appreciate. I’m moving a lot during night time, so that’s super disruptive as well. So, what else?
THC has negative impact on sleep
Not on me. It helps me so much. Literally a life saver.
Scientifically speaking, I’ve read it’s like alcohol -> it can help you fall asleep but is bad for sleep quality. But hey, this is your life! Experiment and figure out what works best for you
