It will get approved in my view

Amazon 185uHH Jul 26, 2019

Yeah this is going through... Do you want it to go through?

Sprint SystemLord OP Jul 27, 2019

I guess there is positive and negative to this merger . Dunno yet which one will be more.

Zillow Group AL2453z Jul 27, 2019

As a consumer, I only see this as a downside. But for you as an employee it has both up and downsides. There will be duplication of roles so there will be a lot of reorganization, with possible layoffs. But overall it probably means a better bottom line for the company.

Hello there future colleague. Just dropped by to say hi. Shall look out for you on the school playground.

Sprint SystemLord OP Jul 27, 2019

Hey there :)

Oracle TLead Jul 27, 2019

So which stock among you two colleagues would go up or fall when this merger happens?

T-Mobile gogogo05 Jul 27, 2019

I don’t believe the five states that have signed off on yesterday’s deal are part of the 13 plus DC that are suing to block the merger.

Sprint SystemLord OP Jul 27, 2019

They are part of the 13.

T-Mobile gogogo05 Jul 27, 2019

That’s not correct. NY, CA, CO, DC, HI, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, NV, VA, and WI are the stated suing to block. The ones that are ok with the deal as it now stands are NE, KS, OH, OK, and SD.

I think this is good, Sprint was going to go bankrupt if the merger didn’t happen. Also this gives T-Mobile more resources to compete with Verizon and AT&T.

Microsoft FireSky Jul 27, 2019

Hello guys. I'm new to investing. Do you think it's good to invest in TMobile right now given the merger

Oracle TLead Jul 27, 2019

Or Sprint? T-mobile has more resources than sprint. So basically it’s a win scenario for Sprint.

Wizards of the Coast aaaabaa Jul 27, 2019

Hey guys, new to investing. Do you think it's good to bet on black right now given the roulette wheel is spinning

Spotify Rikishi Jul 27, 2019

Great so that means my already shitty T-Mobile service is going to get worse?

Yes

ADP Runner131 Jul 27, 2019

It probably means lower company costs to deploy 5G as a unified force. It depends if both tower sets run on the same bandwidth if the signal strength gets better. Or if they shut down close proximity towers.

Microsoft rainsucks Jul 27, 2019

This is a terrible merged, LAYOFFS ARE COMING. Over 70 percent of mergers fail! This will lead to layoffs with some fat cats making millions, can you guess who that is? Ding ding ding bankers, consultants and a few executives.

Microsoft TNkc65 Jul 27, 2019

T-Mobile has done this before when they acquired MetroPCS. I think this one will go through well. They are an industry disruptor and I tip them to compete with V and T. Definitely a stock to watch.

Microsoft rainsucks Jul 27, 2019

Industry disruptor? Are you kidding me! They are behind Verizon and ATT by mile stones. Just because they have done this before doesn’t mean they have the same folks running the ship! Let’s see how bad this crap gets!! They will become a 6x leverage company and then the recession will happen, before you know it, share will tank! Get real dude!!!

Splunk h3h4h6 Jul 27, 2019

Two of the worst provider in the industry merging is like mixing chocolate and meat sauce together. This is going be a epic fail.

T-Mobile lAFM00 Jul 27, 2019

Clearly you’ve never tried Cincinnati chili :)

Oracle retardd Jul 27, 2019

Less competition will always work against consumer. No doubt about that.

Microsoft Tier 1 Jul 27, 2019

Eh. Right now the consumer effectively has only two choices, not four.

As a person who switched from sprint to tmo, I'd like to disagree.
