Anyone a PM (or any other position) at FB under TN visa status? I’ve been a PM under the “Economist” category for a few years at my startup and wondering if FB is flexible in making a TN petition letter “work” for the position / employees background (given that at face value, PM doesn’t necessarily equate to job functions of an economist)

You have to guide your attorneys to do that for you. Ideally, you write your own petition letter for the attorneys and get them to sign it for you. My experience is that the legal firms they outsource your application to is generally pretty bad. Download the uscis definition of an economist and copy pasta that, figuring out where in your job you would be doing that.
