I would expect at least double RSU. Yes, sign on bonus is possible as well.
Probably double RSUs (380). Depends on your situation (your experience, unique skills you bring to the table). With competing offers, double would appear to be a no brainer. You should also expect a good signing bonus (50k+). I am going by general awareness, will let the FB-ers provide more accurate assessment.

Nice bump, numbers overall look good. Try to see if you can push up the RSUs to 350k if they do not do that see if they bump up the Sign-on to 75k plan B. Don’t push too much, convey fairness - not greed. Thank them for the offer and say if you can improve the company element x (RSU) to y (350k) it’s a deal for you.
