Tableau offer
Tableau offer letter doesn't mention anything about refreshers or annual bonus. But recruiter mentioned I'll receive 10% annual bonus (if Tableau meets financial goals) and generous refershers. What is the average refersher range for Software Engineer position? Is it normal to be not part of the offer letter? PS : Before you ask for offer details, this is just the initial offer. Will update this thread once I get final numbers.
Not sure how big the refreshers are, but all the offers I got from different companies did not mention bonus or refreshers.
My offer included bonus but sounds like you don’t have the final offer yet.

I know of a L64 in Microsoft, who got $180K base + $400K RSU..no sign-on
Refreshers have never been specified or promised in any job I've ever taken.
Just go lookup sfdc, all tableau will be converted before you have any review so no point in learning whats current
