Taking grad courses at MIT while working?

Am a new grad with a bachelors thinking of joining Microsoft R&D in Cambridge, MA. The office borders MIT so it (should be) trivial to attend lectures if needed.

Microsoft has tuition reimbursement up to 10k/year so it would be “free.” Thinking of taking some ML or data science classes.

Is it worth taking grad courses while working or is it a waste of time?

If you are interested in getting a degree, there is a part-time Masters degree called MIT SDM (System Design and Management).
