What are the best deductions/credits/investment vehicles you take that save you lot of money in taxes? I keep seeing stats from tax software like taxact that people making more pay much lesser in tax. I think I am missing some neat tricks.... TC 250k Family TC 300k

People that make more money than you could potentially have less taxable income due to, 1) they can write off mortgage interest, property tax etc 2) they can write off more through charitable donations 3) Previous years capital gain losses 4) I could go on and on.... Why are people so against paying taxes. Everybody loves roads, firemen, policemen, FAA, and shit but don't want to pay for it. You make $250k taxes can't be a burden to you. If you want to pay less tax make less money.... The tax rates are usually lower.
Tell that to Trump. He thinks it's a smart thing to do.
