Tech companies to invest in today

Amazon / Eng KHCr70

I have 20k to invest this week. Any recommendations?

Already put 10k into GOOGL and TSLA.

I've always wanted googl stock and Tesla seems to be in a slump.

Not a fan of Apple of FB so those are out. Was also considering MSFT or NASDAQ100 index

Suggestions?

Crypto Currencies. Restrict to top 10-15. Good time to invest.
P.S. Invest what you can afford to loose.

Basically, the whole housing crisis was created by the government and its policies. In order to let everyone live the ‘American Dream’ they believed each person needed a home. To do this they creased Fannie Mae, who purchased mortgages from banks so banks could free up their balance sheets and have more cash to make more loans. Fannie Mae would securitize these loans in the form of mortgage backed securities, insure them and resell them on the secondary market to investors interested in fixed income type investments. Basically these loans were now backed by the federal government. FNMA (Fannie Mae) eventually went public because people, rightly so, didn’t believe the government should be in the loan origination business. When shit hit the fan in 2008 and homes were underwater, FNMA was on the hook as they insured these mortgages. In order to prevent it from collapsing, congress took it over and now has had it for 6+ years. As the economy recovered, Congress/ The treasury was able to keep the profits from FNMA, and still do. The government has now fully recouped their initial bailout investment and actually made ~$100B, and continues to make money every quarter from FNMA. The government should not be in this business and there a high risks for it to continue to operate and back mortgages. It will be public soon again.

I don't disagree with the thinking, but housing situation will only get worse so long as people think they are entitled to live in temperate coastal cities
