One recruiter from Microsoft approached me via LinkedIn for SWE role and arranged a phone call interview. Everything was fine. She asked me to send her updated resume. I took 2 days to send my updated resume. When I sent email I got automated reply that she is in vacation for 1 week. I again mailed her after her vacation. Now, she is not responding at all. I wonder why tech recruiter in such a big organization disappear in this manner. Should I mail her again or what should I do now? TIA.
Be patient, she could be a little busy.
Looks like you got ghosted. Be patient, reach out again after 7-10 days. If you still don't get a response, move on.
She might be going through emails she received during her vacation. Did she mention for what group she is hiring for?

Happened to me couple times while talking to microsoft. Dont worry yourself. Keep looking for other gigs.
Try calling that organization and see if call gets route to her from receptionist. Or there are chances that she is busy or may be they hired someone else. Not everyone is that responsible, so it depends on person.
