Teradata - does it have a future?

Is that enough reason to say no to an otherwise good position and package?

I am at a fast growing AR tech co. but want to move into Product which seems unlikely in current company.

Yes, but not by much. They are packaging open source stuff and adding a service fee to provide “support” to their customers
