Heard from somebody that Tesla sales team Is leaving in droves because they hv been given a new comp package which is unrealistic and unachievable goals. This is done to make them quit so that company doesn’t have to lay them off and pay severance. Any inside thoughts on this? True?

They were, but then they reversed that after someone told Musk how leases work after he got off his latest drug trip. Now they’re slowing going through liquidations where they can. Reducing sales staff and closing service centers, and stopping gigafactory capex

The board is completely subservient to Musk. They all have borrowed against their shares and are on too deep. Except maybe Ellison since he’s a new arrival
Nice to have someone from Panasonic here. Panasonic invested billions in $TSLA on the basis of lies and in exchange for a massive take-or-pay contract. Elon can't take and he sure as shit can't pay. But...this is exactly how companies force turnovers in sales. Ask any sales person how often their numbers change and become unattainable or their region changes but their numbers don’t change to reflect the realities of their new region.
