"It's taken just eight years for Elon Musk's electric-vehicle startup to overtake the company that invented the concept of the car 132 years ago." https://www.businessinsider.com/tesla-just-outsold-mercedes-benz-in-the-us-for-the-first-time-2018-10 Any new companies developing cars that might emerge as a competitor? Not talking about autonomous vehicles though...
Why you want to discuss this on Blind, you can just go on any other forums/ news platform for this marketing shit. Blind is not for discussing this kind of usual stuffs!
Remains to be seen if they can keep up sales. Certainly a good thing for them to have sales, but letโs not think theyโre seriously out-producing actual volume car mfgโs. GM alone sold 3x more of just the Silverado than what all of Tesla did in Q3 2018. As a comparison. Porsche and Audi are about to launch the Taycan and E-Tron GT which as far as I know are the only luxury EVโs that actually have hype and a large existing fan base. Canโt wait to see them in mass production form on the road!
Wow! And the likely outsold Maybach years ago!
Tesla is financially doomed. Just look at their stock price.
More Tesla sold than Lamborghini Aventador in 2019. What an earth shattering news! Thanks OP!
