I’m rather enjoying watching companies that go this route burn. Leave your politics at the door. Companies are about making money. It’s not a social club. If something isn’t related to growth and profitability, it’s not work related. Hopefully other companies learns the lesson that “hic sunt dragones”. A meritocracy isn’t looking that bad now.
