The famous Elon Musk

Is it possible to rate someone as a 0?
SpaceX is better off without Elon.
We need someone who can make rational decisions and won't constantly change their mind every 5 seconds while costing the company millions of dollars each time.

You can't be productive if your leader throws a fit over the smallest things.
Worse than my 5 year old, I swear.
Rather than being able to power forward, a lot of work is done in defense mode, which really makes us feel like we are being held back.
Elon is like an active volcano noone knows when is gonna erupt and over what.
No wonder everyone is leaving, and quickly too. Time to jump ship.

Media has made him look like a rockstar. His half brained tweets always leave me dumbfounded. It’s not surprising to hear what you guys are saying.

This is why you never work for Bezos and Elon. You just own their company stock and enjoy their products. They're slave drivers

He acts like an asshole to employees. Never seen a person with such big ego.
I think it's virtually impossible for him to not be a dick.
Just look at his tweets and how ignorant he is.

I think he’s promising features all the time to people in Twitter specially around the cars firmware. Do the tech team scramble because “Elon said we would have it”?

On the other hand, how can you expect someone to successfully lead and grow a company by being "nice" to employees?
Elon is a great entrepreneur and inventor in my perspective, though I don't work at Tesla or SpaceX.
And leaders think black and white, not gray.
Go to Microsoft if you want to work somewhere you feel good at.

Why would you rate him so high? Elon is an egoistic delusional entitled douche. On the bright side, be happy he is not so hands on with SpaceX - you could be circling the drain for no good reason the way Tesla is.
