+1, they are honest, efficiency goes down, one wrong male manager can impact law and many other suffer because there can be problem at other end as well who take benefits of these things, again it should be judged on human to human not on gender, we can have bad people in both gender

There’s a difference between uncomfortable mentoring 1:1 and generally being uncomfortable around women. It also doesn’t say they don’t mentor but they take much more precautions now. It’s obvious you should be more aware now and not do anything that might have bad optics, even if they are completely innocent.
Looks like the care more about optics than actual mentoring. It’s a straight up discrimination suit
Being uncomfortable traveling and staying in hotel rooms or having dinner with junior female colleagues is not unusual. That’s not every day work activity and there’s a lot of ways it can be viewed wrong.
