Thinking of moving back to Microsoft
Its been an year i have moved from microsoft to Oracle atleast onece in a week, i feel like i want to move back to microsoft. is that because microsoft is my first job i ever had and i’m attached to it ?? or is it pretty common for everyone ?
How about Amazon, which is the BEST.

My experience Worked at Microsoft for 7.5 years both IC and Manager roles Worked at Amazon two years as SDM Blunder of my life working in Oracle as senior manager for last year and half Trust me Microsoft is the best experience I ever had !!!!
Completely agree. Worked at Microsoft for 8 years in various teams in Azure. Never went to Amazon hearing the scary stories even though I had offers from multiple teams. Worked with ex Amazon managers at OCI, the worst managers I have worked with. Worked at OCI as SR Manager and recently moved back to Msft as manager. Would never recommend OCI to any one. A few of my friends at Microsoft had offers from OCI, none of them joined after hearing my experience. Stay away from this shit hole.
You are not the only one. Microsoft was the best job! OCI is crap. $$ is what going to support ur retirement though
Microsoft was able to come very close to OCI pay and the stock is going to grow much more than Oracle, so in the next 4 years I will be making pretty much the same as my OCI package. Way better brand, peace of mind, empathetic and respectful leadership.
MSFT stock is not going to double. That would make it a $2 trillion company. Not possible.
