Seems like the only zipcode that's still reasonably affordable (<$2M) in Sunnyvale. But some parts of it look sketchy. What are the chances more tech folks move into the neighborhood and transform it in the next few years, improving school ratings, which suck at the moment. Trying to see if it is a good area to raise two pre-elementary age kids.
Check out South San Jose. It maybe better
Redwood City Madison Ave was like that 5-10 years ago. Go ahead and buy, it will grow for sure.
Parts of it are sketch for sure but its improving. Tech gentrification is at work. How long the process will take is unclear.
But according to online media, gentrification is a bad thing. You must be halted.
Lol no. Online media is influenced by broke ass triggered folks being pushed out by gentrification. Ignore em. They’ll be back begging for a job in no time
most parts, not just some
North San Jose is a great prospect - new schools coming in next few years
Damn, some of you guys are so coddled. Sunnyvale has some of the lowest crime rates in all of California — worst case is probably just theft or vandalism. Maybe this is why companies are pushing diversity so hard, so that people get some perspective in the world
