Communications yes. Jira Productivity? Pffff. There is nothing like harrasing people on demand personally.
Lol I meant productivity as in the "request of work". I'm not implying ticketing systems improve productivity.
Jira then haha. I have co plicated feelings about jira. It is useful but as a system It is trying to be too many things at the same time and it is a mess to admin in my opinion.
