Timelines for EB1
Does anyone here have any accurate estimates for how long EB1 applications are taking? My company's immigration lawyer has informed me that due to recent changes, interview requirements are no longer being waived. This means that applications for EB1 visas which used to take 6-8 months may now take up to 2 years. Anyone going through this right now?

Applied 20 month ago, got status update that I will get interview notice. So yes I would say it will take up to 2 years till you get GC.
Is this the i-140 or i-485?
I 485. I140 was approved after 1.5 year
My i-140 just got approved after 1 year.
Mine got approved after 6months.
What are the next steps after I140 approval?
A friend at Google applied 14 months ago, is still waiting for interview. So your Attorney seems about right. I believe my friends case is processing at Nebraska
