Tips for joining Amazon as a HW dev from Boeing electromechanical engineering?

I’ve been at Boeing Commercial Airplanes for 11 months now, as an electrical engineer. I have a MS degree and about two total years of work experience in traditional engineering (building requirements and specs, supplier coordination, qualification/conformity/compliance testing, in service support, etc..). My software skills are limited to Matlab and Python scripting that I do for day to day test data analysis and visualization. I know there’s better compensating and more technically interesting work in the Seattle area, especially with Amazon. Anyone have experience or insight on how to join Amazon as a HW dev, electrical or electromechanical engineer from Boeing?

Look at openings in lab126 for embedded or supply chain. A lot of their physical labs are in Sunnyvale tho. Maybe Amazon devices or Amazon air?
