I’m looking to leave my current role as a program manager at Google but wanted to ask the community for tips how how to get the attention of hiring managers and recruiters. So far just applying to job openings haven’t really been working for me.

Why do you want to leave?
Get LinkedIn premium. Ping recruiters directly. Tell them you are ready to talk. Referrals surely work better (if you can manage them).
Leave Google? Living the dream already man!
Have you asked friends to review your resume..? Maybe you can improve it to get more attention.

1. Either you ask your friends working in the company you’re applying to. 2. Ask your linked connections for referral. 3. Go back to steps 1 and 2 4. Apply online and try to include the keywords for the ATS. These days most companies open a role for visa sake of their employee and reject everyone who applies for it. I said Most - not all.
