I've 1.5 yoe and I've applied at many places in the past month with referrals.
A lot of recruiters personally tell me that my profile is great, but still most of these places do not consider me even for phone interviews because they are looking for someone with more experience. I'm not taking about automated emails. Do the recruiters say this to everyone?
I would have believed that my profile is not good, but I am in the process of doing phone screens with Google and Twitter, so yay!
