Transfer of H1-B
I was in my home country when my previous employer filed H1-B for me. I changed my employer in India and now I am working with my new employer in US using L1-B visa. My question is, can I get my H1-B transferred to my current employer? Note: I never got the stamping done for the H1-B with my previous employer, and H1-B petition was approved.

If it's been less than 6 years since your old H1B is approved then you can do the transfer
It’s just 2 year, I talk to few people here and they mentioned that, as you have never travelled on the H1-B, transfer might be difficult, so wanted to know if some one has been in similar situation in past and how they handled it.
The people you talked to seem to be ill informed. I was in your situation. Was working for a services company and never came to US on their H1B. Then joined PayPal in Bangalore, came to US on L1 and then moved to H1 based on my old H1.
