Transferring from research institute to biotech industry

I have 6 years of experience in research institutes mainly working in the field of cell and Gene therapy/regenerative medicine. I am looking to now move to similar positions in biotech industry on the weather coast. Any insights on companies with good work life balance that I should Target?
