Transition from Operations to HR

I’ve been in contact center leadership for most of my career (I’m 38) and I want to transition to an HR role - L&D and Talent Management are my targeted areas. I’m working on my masters in I/O Psych, taking SHRM-SCP in January, so lots of project work with L&D in my current role, etc.

Anyone have any experience or advice related to this thpe of transition?

    Try talking to the head of Talent. I think they hired a new person about 6 months ago
