Traveling out of the country while H1 transfer is pending
With PP suspended. Has anyone traveled while h1 transfer was pending? Any known risks to this?

If your h1b is valid when you come back you should be fine as long as you are still at your previous job. I traveled last year in same situation and didn’t have any issue But YMMV, always consult a lawyer.

Your attorney representative clearly asks about your international travel plans while they work on your application. You don’t want to ask them instead of asking blind folks?
